Problem
Content Strategy That Drives Consistent Leads

The Problem

Every agency needs content for clients eventually, blog posts, web copy, case studies, but writing well and writing for SEO and AI search are two different skill sets, and few agencies have someone strong at both.

Cheap content mills produce thin, generic writing that doesn’t rank and doesn’t read like a person wrote it. Writers who are actually good and also understand SEO and AEO structure are hard to find and expensive to keep on staff for inconsistent content volume.

Here’s what we focus on for agencies white-labeling content through Wahha:

  • Work that holds up under your name, since it’s your reputation with the client on the line, not ours
  • Content built for both search engines and AI answer engines, not just written to sound nice
  • Capacity that flexes with your client list, so you’re not paying for a full-time writer to cover sporadic content needs

Challenges

Your Fulfillment Challenges

A client asks for regular blog content and you don't have a writer who can maintain quality and consistency

You've used a content mill or overseas vendor and gotten back thin, generic writing you had to heavily edit or scrap entirely

Your content doesn't naturally account for how AI answer engines like ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews actually read and cite a page

You don't have enough content volume across your client list to justify a full-time hire

You're not confident evaluating whether content is actually well-optimized versus just well-written

Turnaround is inconsistent because content work competes for attention with everything else on your plate

What's Included

1_Technical SEO

1. Delivery Quality

  • Blog posts, web copy, and case studies written to sound like a real person, not AI-generated filler

  • Topic and keyword research handed off in a format your team or your client can actually use
  • Editing and proofreading built into every piece before it’s delivered
  • Content matched to each client’s voice, not one generic tone applied across every account
1_Increases Traffic To Your Site

2. Reporting & Transparency

  • Delivery built to carry your agency’s own branding, not Wahha’s

  • A single point of contact who can explain the reasoning behind any recommendation, in terms a non-technical client understands
  • Timely, direct responses when you or your client needs something, not a shared support inbox or a ticket queue
  • Clear delivery schedules, no guessing when content is actually going to land
1_Get Qualified Leads

3. Capacity & Speed

  • Scale up or down with your actual client load, no bench of idle writers you’re paying to keep on staff
  • Typical onboarding runs 1–2 weeks from signed agreement to active work, covering style guide alignment, initial topic planning, and confirming your preferred delivery cadence
  • Built for agencies with one client that needs content and agencies with twenty, same process either way

Why Partner With Wahha Instead of a Larger Reseller

Content is one of the easiest white-label services to get wrong cheaply. This is the section that makes the case for why Wahha is a safer bet than a content mill or generic writing service.

  • Owner-level oversight, not a content mill assigning random writers to your account. Blake runs Wahha and is the person actually reviewing what goes out under your name.
  • 20+ years of translating technical and SEO concepts into language a non-technical client understands, which carries into how content actually gets written and explained, not just optimized on paper.
  • No locked contract or minimum commitment, content is scoped and quoted per client based on volume and cadence, so you start with whatever your client actually needs.
  • Confidentiality both ways, we don’t disclose who our agency partners are, and we’ll sign an NDA covering the length of a specific client engagement if you want one.
  • Small enough to stay personal, large enough to already run this same fulfillment model for other agencies today (stated generally, we don’t name specific partner agencies publicly).

Questions

FAQ

  • Will my clients know Wahha is involved?

No. Every deliverable is built to carry your agency’s branding, not ours. We work entirely behind the scenes, and we don’t reach out to your client unless you specifically ask us to join a call as an extension of your team.

  • Do you sign an NDA or non-compete?

We’ll sign an NDA if you want one, covering the length of that specific client engagement rather than an open-ended agreement. Either way, we don’t disclose who our agency partners are, publicly or otherwise, your relationship with us stays confidential from our side no matter what.

  • What's the minimum commitment to get started?

There’s no locked contract or minimum commitment. Content is scoped and quoted per client based on volume and cadence, so you start with whatever your client actually needs, nothing more.

  • Can I white label content for just one client?

Yes. This is built to flex with however much content demand you have right now, whether that’s one client needing a monthly blog post or several clients on a heavier cadence. You’re not committing to a bench of writers you don’t need.

  • How fast can a new client be onboarded?

Typical onboarding runs 1–2 weeks from a signed agreement to active work. That covers style guide alignment, initial topic planning, and confirming your preferred delivery cadence before the first piece goes out.

  • Will you talk directly with my client?

Only if you want us to. The default is that we work entirely through you and stay invisible to your client. Some partners prefer we join calls as an extension of their team using their branding, that’s a setup we can do, but it’s your call, not the default.

  • How much does white label content cost?

There’s no set starting price. Content is scoped and quoted per client based on volume, content type, and cadence, so the specific number comes out of a quick partner call once we understand what your client needs.

  • What if my client needs something outside content?

We cover SEO, AEO/AI search, PPC, and web design and development as separate white-label services, so most agencies end up consolidating more than one client need through the same partnership instead of managing several vendors.

  • How is content reviewed before it's delivered?

Every piece goes through editing and proofreading before it’s delivered, and we build to match each client’s established voice rather than applying one generic tone across every account. If you want a review step on your side before anything goes to the client, we build that into the cadence too.

  • What happens if I'm not happy with the work?

We make a clean exit. If the partnership isn’t working for either side, we offboard and hand over anything already completed, so you’re never stuck waiting on work you’ve already paid for or scrambling to find someone else mid-project.
