The Problem
PPC is one of the easiest services for a client to ask for and one of the hardest to do well without dedicated attention. Bad conversion tracking, loose targeting, and budgets left on autopilot burn through a client’s ad spend fast, and when that happens, it’s the agency’s name attached to the account, not the platform’s.
Most agencies either don’t have someone who lives in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager daily, or have that person splitting attention across too many accounts to actually optimize any of them well.
Here’s what we focus on for agencies white-labeling PPC through Wahha:
- Campaigns that actually get checked, not set up once and left to run on autopilot
- Tracking that’s right from day one, so the numbers you report to your client are numbers you can trust
- Spend that’s protected, so a client’s budget doesn’t quietly leak on bad placements or untargeted audiences
Your Fulfillment Challenges
A client asks for Google or Meta ads management and you don't have anyone who can set up conversion tracking correctly
You've had a contractor burn through a client's ad budget without hitting the targets you promised
You don't have the bandwidth to check in on campaigns as often as PPC actually requires, this isn't a set-and-forget service
Your reporting is inconsistent, and explaining ROAS or cost per lead convincingly to a client is harder than it should be
You're worried about getting blamed if a client's ad spend underperforms and you can't say exactly why
You're not confident enough in Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager to catch a vendor doing it wrong before a client notices
What's Included
1. Delivery Quality
- Campaign setup and structure across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Conversion tracking and tagging done right the first time (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel)
- Audience targeting and keyword strategy built around who’s actually likely to convert, not just who’s cheap to reach
- Ongoing bid and budget optimization, not a campaign that gets built once and left alone
- Negative keywords and placement exclusions to keep spend from leaking on irrelevant clicks
2. Reporting & Transparency
- Monthly reporting built to carry your agency’s own branding, not Wahha’s
- Plain-language explanations of ROAS and cost per lead your team can hand straight to a client or present as your own work
- A single point of contact who can explain the technical reasoning behind any recommendation, in terms a non-technical client understands
- Timely, direct responses when you or your client needs something, not a shared support inbox or a ticket queue
- No surprise scope creep or budget changes without approval, nothing gets buried in a report after the fact
3. Capacity & Speed
- Scale up or down with your actual client load, no bench of idle specialists you’re paying to keep on staff
- Typical onboarding runs 1–2 weeks from signed agreement to active work, covering account access, tracking setup, and confirming your preferred reporting cadence
- Built for agencies with one client running ads and agencies with twenty, same process either way
How It Works

Discovery
We audit your client’s current ad accounts and tracking setup, or build from scratch if there’s nothing in place yet, and confirm the budget and targets you’ve agreed to with your client.
Strategize
We build the campaign plan per client, priced and scoped so you know your margin before you say yes to your client.
Launch
Ongoing optimization with monthly reporting as the default cadence, with you as the only point of contact your client ever sees.
Implement
We build out campaigns, conversion tracking, and creative specs, and confirm everything’s firing correctly before spend goes live.

Why Partner With Wahha Instead of a Larger Reseller
PPC is easy to sell and easy to get wrong. This is the section that makes the case for why Wahha is a safer bet than a generalist reseller shop.
- Owner-level account management, not a rotating account rep. Blake runs Wahha and is the person actually reviewing your accounts and answering you directly, not a name on an org chart or a ticket queue.
- 20+ years of translating technical work into language a non-technical client understands, which means the ROAS and cost-per-lead numbers you hand your client come with an explanation your team can actually stand behind.
- No locked contract, just a suggested 3-month minimum, since that’s roughly how long it takes to get a campaign properly optimized and gathering enough data to judge performance fairly. You can move on if it’s not working, we just want you and your client to go in with the right timeline in mind.
- Confidentiality both ways, we don’t disclose who our agency partners are, and we’ll sign an NDA covering the length of a specific client engagement if you want one.
- Small enough to stay personal, large enough to already run this same fulfillment model for other agencies today (stated generally, we don’t name specific partner agencies publicly).
You've seen what's included, here's how we start.
FAQ
- Will my clients know Wahha is involved?
No. Every deliverable, report, and communication is built to carry your agency’s branding, not ours. We work entirely behind the scenes, and we don’t reach out to your client unless you specifically ask us to join a call as an extension of your team.
- Do you sign an NDA or non-compete?
We’ll sign an NDA if you want one, covering the length of that specific client engagement rather than an open-ended agreement. Either way, we don’t disclose who our agency partners are, publicly or otherwise, your relationship with us stays confidential from our side no matter what.
- What's the minimum commitment to get started?
There’s no locked contract. We suggest a 3-month minimum for PPC, since that’s roughly how long it takes to get a campaign properly optimized and gathering enough data to judge fairly, but you’re not signing a term agreement to get started.
- Can I white label PPC for just one client?
Yes. This is built to flex with however many clients you have PPC demand for right now, whether that’s one account or twenty. You’re not committing to a bench of specialists you don’t need.
- How fast can a new client be onboarded?
Typical onboarding runs 1–2 weeks from a signed agreement to active work. That covers account access, conversion tracking setup, and confirming your preferred reporting format and cadence before any spend goes live.
- Will you talk directly with my client?
Only if you want us to. The default is that we work entirely through you and stay invisible to your client. Some partners prefer we join calls as an extension of their team using their branding, that’s a setup we can do, but it’s your call, not the default.
- How much does white label PPC cost, and does that include ad spend?
White label PPC management starts at $395/month. That’s the management fee, your client’s ad spend is separate and paid directly by the client, Wahha never touches or handles that budget. Exact pricing depends on the number of campaigns and platforms, so the specific number comes out of a quick partner call.
- What if my client needs something outside PPC?
We cover SEO, AEO/AI search, web design and development, and content as separate white-label services, so most agencies end up consolidating more than one client need through the same partnership instead of managing several vendors.
- How is reporting handled?
You get monthly reporting built in your agency’s own branding, written in plain language your team can hand straight to a client or present as your own, including a clear breakdown of ROAS and cost per lead. If you want a different cadence or format, we build to what you need instead of a fixed template.
- What happens if I'm not happy with the work?
We make a clean exit. If the partnership isn’t working for either side, we offboard and hand over anything already completed, so you’re never stuck waiting on work you’ve already paid for or scrambling to find someone else mid-project.
