The Problem
Every agency eventually gets the same request: a client wants SEO, and the agency either doesn’t have the in-house skill set to deliver it well, or doesn’t have enough SEO demand across their client list to justify a full-time hire.
Hiring solves it until the workload dips. Freelancers solve it until one disappears mid-project with your client’s account exposed. Going direct to a large, faceless reseller solves capacity, but you lose the ability to walk your own client through what’s actually being done, because you don’t fully understand it yourself.
Here’s what we focus on for agencies white-labeling SEO through Wahha:
- Work that holds up under your name, since it’s your reputation with the client on the line, not ours
- Reporting you can hand to a client without editing it first, built to carry your branding, not Wahha’s
- Capacity that flexes with your client list, so you’re not paying for a full-time hire to cover one or two accounts’ worth of SEO work
Your Fulfillment Challenges
A client asks for SEO and you either turn down the work or scramble to figure out how to deliver it
You’ve been burned once by a subcontractor or overseas vendor who missed deadlines or delivered thin, spun content with your agency’s name on it
Your reporting is inconsistent from client to client because it depends on whoever happens to be doing the SEO work that month
You don’t have enough SEO volume across your client list to justify hiring a full-time specialist, but you have too much to keep saying no
You’re not confident enough in SEO yourself to sanity-check what a vendor is actually doing on your clients’ sites
You’ve looked at large white-label shops and worry your accounts become a number instead of a relationship
What’s Included
1. Delivery Quality
- Technical SEO audits and fixes (site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data)
- On-page optimization (titles, headers, internal linking, content structure)
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile management for multi-location or local-service clients
- Keyword research and content strategy, handed off in a format your team or your client can actually use
- Link building and authority-building work that doesn’t put a client’s domain at risk
2. Reporting & Transparency
- Monthly reporting built to carry your agency’s own branding, not Wahha’s
- Plain-language summaries your team can hand straight to a client, or present as your own work
- A single point of contact (Blake) who can explain the technical reasoning behind any recommendation, in terms a non-technical client understands
- Timely, direct responses when you or your client needs something, not a shared support inbox or a ticket queue
- No surprise scope creep, changes get flagged and approved before they happen, not buried in a report after the fact
3. Capacity & Speed
- Scale up or down with your actual client load, no bench of idle specialists you’re paying to keep on staff
- Typical onboarding runs 1–2 weeks from signed agreement to active work, covering access setup, the initial audit, and confirming your preferred reporting cadence
- Built for agencies with one client that needs SEO and agencies with twenty, same process either way
How It Works

Discovery
We look at your current client list, where the SEO gaps are, and what “white label” needs to look like for your specific clients and how hands-on you want to stay.
Strategize
We build the SEO plan per client, priced and scoped so you know your margin before you say yes to your client.
Launch
Ongoing delivery with monthly reporting as the default cadence (or a different cadence if you and your client prefer), with you as the only point of contact your client ever sees.
Implement
We execute the technical work, content, and optimization, and report back in a format built to carry your branding.

Why Partner With Wahha Instead of a Larger Reseller
This is the section doing the real differentiation work, since “white label SEO” is a crowded search term with a lot of large, generic shops competing on price alone.
- Owner-level account management, not a rotating account rep. Blake runs Wahha and is the person actually reviewing your accounts and answering you directly, not a name on an org chart or a ticket queue.
- 20+ years of translating technical SEO into language a non-technical client understands, which means the plain-language reporting you hand your client is something your team can actually stand behind in a client meeting.
- No locked contract, just a suggested 6-month minimum so the work has time to actually show up in rankings and traffic. You can move on if it’s not working, we just want you and your client to go in with the right timeline in mind.
- Confidentiality both ways, we don’t disclose who our agency partners are, and we’ll sign an NDA covering the length of a specific client engagement if you want one.
- Small enough to stay personal, large enough to already run this same fulfillment model for other agencies today (stated generally, since we don’t name specific partner agencies publicly, see above).
You’ve seen what’s included, here’s how we start.
FAQs
- Will my clients know Wahha is involved?
No. Every deliverable, report, and communication is built to carry your agency’s branding, not ours. We work entirely behind the scenes, and we don’t reach out to your client unless you specifically ask us to join a call as an extension of your team.
- Do you sign an NDA or non-compete?
We’ll sign an NDA if you want one, covering the length of that specific client engagement rather than an open-ended agreement. Either way, we don’t disclose who our agency partners are, publicly or otherwise, your relationship with us stays confidential from our side no matter what.
- What’s the minimum commitment to get started?
There’s no locked contract. We suggest a 6-month minimum for SEO, since that’s roughly how long it takes for technical and on-page work to show up in rankings and traffic, but you’re not signing a term agreement to get started.
- Can I white label SEO for just one client?
Yes. This is built to flex with however many clients you have SEO demand for right now, whether that’s one account or twenty. You’re not committing to a bench of specialists you don’t need.
- How fast can a new client be onboarded?
Typical onboarding runs 1–2 weeks from a signed agreement to active work. That covers access setup, the initial technical audit, and confirming your preferred reporting format and cadence before anything goes live on your client’s site.
- Will you talk directly with my client?
Only if you want us to. The default is that we work entirely through you and stay invisible to your client. Some partners prefer we join calls as an extension of their team using their branding, that’s a setup we can do, but it’s your call, not the default.
- How much does white label SEO cost?
White label SEO through Wahha starts at $700/month. If your client also needs AEO/AI search optimization, the two are built to work together rather than bolted on separately, and that bundle starts at $850/month. Exact pricing depends on the scope of your client’s site and how many services you’re bundling, so the specific number comes out of a quick partner call.
- What if my client needs something outside SEO?
We cover PPC, web design and development, content, and AEO/AI search as separate white-label services, so most agencies end up consolidating more than one client need through the same partnership instead of managing several vendors.
- How is reporting handled?
You get monthly reporting built in your agency’s own branding, written in plain language your team can hand straight to a client or present as your own. If you want a different cadence or format, we build to what you need instead of a fixed template.
- What happens if I’m not happy with the work?
We make a clean exit. If the partnership isn’t working for either side, we offboard and hand over anything already completed, so you’re never stuck waiting on work you’ve already paid for or scrambling to find someone else mid-project.
